- WHAT IS A CHARCUTERIE & VEGGIE TRAYZ INSERT: Our Trayz are an accessory for the Premium & Classic Fancy Panz (NOT for use in the the 9x13 or 2in1 Fancy Panz). The Charcuterie & Veggie Trayz insert is a convenient way to safely transport and serve your charcuterie, vegetables, variety of desserts or condiments. The raised partitions help keep your food in place, this is ideal for traveling! The large center bowl is perfect for dips & dressing.
- EASY TO USE: Place the Charcuterie & Veggie Trayz Insert into your Classic or Premium Fancy Panz, just as you would the foil pan. A flexible hot/cold pack (not included) fits under the Trayz Insert to help keep your food at the right temperature for longer.
- There are nine separate compartments with raised partitions. Circular compartment is great for crackers Larger center bowl for dips, dressings or cheese.

All products available in the online store are also for sale locally in Goldsboro, NC. Therefore, product availability may vary.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and initiate an exchange or store credit for eligible merchandise via our portal.
We will accept items in original packaging with tags intact that have been unworn and unwashed within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit, no refunds. All items discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE (no store credit or exchanges).
Monogrammed or special order items are final sale. (This includes items received from a Gift Registry).
Returns must be shipped using USPS, FedEx or UPS at the expense of the shipper.

Each brand fits differently. If you have a question about sizing please contact us via messenger, email or phone and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please find sizing charts for select brands here.

We will answer your questions as soon as possible. Our normal hours of business are 10 am to 4 pm EST Monday - Friday and 10 am to 3 pm EST Saturday.
Pickup, Shipping and Processing
Please allow 1 business day for pickup orders to be processed. An email notification will sent when your order is available for pickup. During peak times or seasons, it may take longer for your order to be processed.
Please allow 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment.
If you added a monogram to any of your items, please allow 10-14 business days for the monogram.
